Principal Charmion Berg
I grew up just outside of St. Louis, but in 2014, Florida quickly stole my heart and now I get to live and work in what feels like actual paradise. I started my career in Pinellas County Schools as a teacher at Jamerson Elementary, then served as Assistant Principal at Westgate Elementary and Lakewood Elementary. Today, I’m thrilled to be the Principal of Blanton Elementary, where the B truly does stand for best.
When I’m not at school, I’m usually chasing the sunshine. I’m happiest on or in the water. Boating, diving, snorkeling, scalloping, fishing, and lobstering are my idea of a perfect day. I try to bring that same sense of adventure and fun into everything I do. I’m also an avid reader who loves getting lost in a great book. At home, I’m a mama to three energetic little girls and a pup who keep life full of curiosity, giggles, and constant learning.
